USE OF SOFTWARE. Company may make certain software available to you from the Sites. If you download software from the Sites, the software, including all files and images contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data (collectively, "Software") are deemed to be licensed to you by Company, for your personal, noncommercial, home use only. Company does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights to the Software, and Company retains full and complete title to the Software as well as all intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, redistribute, or reproduce the Software, nor may you decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert the Software to a human-perceivable form. ADDITIONAL PRIVACY PROCEDURES - Privacy procedures specific to a Razoreye Media Service can be found on a Razoreye Media Site at the location of the particular Razoreye Media Service, or in additional terms referenced at such Razoreye Media Site. Those procedures are an addendum to this policy, and are provided to you at the place where they will be of most use and relevance to you.
RAZOREYE MEDIA: PROHIBITED USES. Company imposes certain restrictions on your permissible use of the Sites and the Service. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate any security features of the Sites or Service, including, without limitation, (a) accessing content or data not intended for you, or logging onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, the Sites, or any associated system or network, or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (c) interfering or attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to the Sites or Service, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail bombing," or "crashing;" (d) using the Sites or Service to send unsolicited e-mail, including, without limitation, promotions, or advertisements for products or services; (e) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or in any posting using the Service; or (f) attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce to a human-perceivable form any of the source code used by Company in providing the Sites or Service. Any violation of system or network security may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability.

Subscriber hereby waives any objection it may have to Company’s use of electronic records in judicial and/or arbitration proceedings should it be necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement.
OTHER COMPANY SITES & SERVICES. In addition, when using particular Company owned or operated Sites or Services, you and Company shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Sites or Services, which may be posted from time to time on each respective Site. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Members must be human, no machine, or automated services may be used to register for Web Detective Pro. You may only have one account in your name. In order to use Web Detective Pro you must have internet access and an active e-mail address. Web Detective Pro is not responsible for any problems you may encounter with accessing the Internet, our website, or any other website. Refusal to abide by Web Detective Pro Terms and Conditions will end in a termination of your membership.

Razoreye Media Group: Consent To Binding Arbitration Before The American Arbitration Association
By execution of this Agreement Subscriber hereby consents and agrees that any and all disputes that may arise concerning this Agreement or any of the terms of this Agreement, or that concern any aspect of the relationship between Subscriber and Company, shall be decided exclusively in binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (hereinafter the “AAA”). Subscriber and Company further consent and agree Subscriber may file its complaint with the AAA in its state of residence, but that all AAA arbitration hearings shall be conducted in California before a single AAA arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Section R-13, Appointment from Panel, of AAA's Commercial Arbitration rules. Subscriber and Company consent and agree that the AAA arbitrator shall exclusively apply.

Affiliate must take adequate steps to ensure that its lists are not used for abusive purposes such as emailing malicious emails or chain letters. Affiliate must use its lists and run its campaigns in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
