conditions and certifies it has been notified in
writing of this right to cancel. Subscriber
waives any and all right to claim it has not been
notified of such.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY. No refunds except

advertised guarantee period, all purchases are
final. Upon obtaining a refund to a purchase, you
warrant that you will destroy or delete any

are entirely responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your password. You may not use
the account, username, or password of someone
else at any time. You agree to notify Company
immediately on any unauthorized use of your
account, user name, or password. Company shall
not be liable for any loss that you incur as a

Affiliate must
provide a manual opt-out procedure (e.g., an

for those who wish to terminate their
subscriptions but are unable or unwilling to
follow standard automated procedures.

In addition, when using particular Company owned
or operated Sites or Services, you and Company
shall be subject to any posted guidelines or
rules applicable to such Sites or Services, which

respective Site. All such guidelines or rules are
hereby incorporated by reference into this
Agreement.
Razoreye Group: Affiliate must not email
to an unsubscribe list. As such, Affiliate should
maintain a "suppression list" of email addresses
from which all subscription requests are rejected
to prevent subscription of addresses appearing on
the suppression list by unauthorized third
parties.
